Head Coach Gold Team - 23rd year
A UW graduate, studied Kinesiology, Sports Medicine and Sports Psychology. She was a starting point guard, played semi-pro and internationally after college. Barbara has over forty years of high school and college level coaching and teaching experience. From 2002-2005 she was the Director of the Maple Valley Basketball Youth League and the Head Girl's Basketball Coach at Tahoma HS. Barbara was sponsored by Adidas to teach leadership seminars to children and adults throughout the US. She is the author of "The Golden Rules of Basketball, Fundamentals, Drills and Philosophies"
She played in the 1998 Nike World Masters Games and in the UW Husky's Alumni games in 2002 and 2008. Her other passions include her dogs, hiking, golfing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, sailing, kayaking and, of course, coaching and playing basketball.
A thought-provoking speaker at schools and other community groups inspiring individuals, coaches and players on and off the court by focusing on perceptions, long term vision building, effective communication and leadership skills.

Head Coach Bronze Team / Asst Coach Gold & Silver Teams- 5th year
Rick has been coaching for over 33 years. Most recently as an Asst Coach at Blanchet High School. He started out with boys’ soccer and basketball then switched to girls’ soccer and basketball when his niece and daughters became old enough to play. In the past he has coached NYSA, NYBA, Select Basketball for Inglemoor and Monroe, Puget Sound Flight, Assistant Varsity Coach at Inglemoor HS (taking them to State 3 years in a row), Pinnacle Hoops, and JV Coach at Jackson HS. He has a love of the game and enjoys watching the girls be successful.
Rick is married and has two girls. Alexa & Payton graduated Woodinville HS.
Head Coach Silver Team - 1st year
Graduated from Northern Montana College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Education and Physical/Health Education in 1988.
Kim was a 3 sport athlete at Northern Montana College participating in Volleyball, Basketball and Track. Her athletic honors consist of: All American Javelin Thrower, District 12 Champion in Track, District 12 Champion in Basketball, All District Team in Basketball, Academic All-Conference Team in Basketball and National Collegiate Women’s Athletic award in Basketball.
Kim has 23 years of coaching experience. She was an assistant coach at Eastern Oregon State College from 1988 to 1989. Got her first teaching job at Port Angeles High School in 1989 where she was also the varsity assistant coach from 1989 to 1994. In 1994 became the varsity head coach at Port Angeles High School. Qualified for the state 4A Basketball Tournament in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
In 1997 was offered the head coaching job at a brand new school, Skyline High School in Sammamish. Developed the program there from 1997 to 2000 until she left teaching and coaching to open up her own insurance agency, PNW Insurance Group.
From 2011 to present has been a part of the Sumner/Bonney Lake School District. Coached and started the feeder program at Bonney Lake High School. Her team took 3rd place at the middle school state tournament in 2017 and 2018. In 2019 her 7th grade team took 1stplace at the middle school state tournament.
She has been the head coach of Bonney Lake High School from 2019 to present.
In 2022 her team qualified for the state tournament. First time in history for Bonney Lake High School.
Other interests besides basketball are spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, water sports, movies , walking her dogs (Larry and Millie) and working out.
Lindsey Moore...attended Kentwood HS graduating in 2009. Starter all 4 years. Two time MVP Wesco 4A. State Champions and MVP 2009. Seattle Times All Area Team, Gatorade All Star, Parade All American & selected to Tryout for the U19 USA Team.
Received a Scholarship to attend University of Nebraska to play basketball beginning in the Fall 2009. A graduate of Nebraska & played for the WNBA Champions Minnesota Lynx, Italy and Australia.
Besides basketball Lindsey enjoys listening to music and hanging out with her friends.

Assistant Coach at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
Currently living in Soap Lake and Training Players to the next level.
